Wangui Family (Kenya – April 2025)

Pauline is sole caretaker of her daughters and grandchildren. A few years ago Pauline was able to purchase some land and build a basic shelter after raising and selling some goats. The children do not attend school and look for day labor to help support the family and Pauline farms but they struggle to make ends meet. Pauline is also asthmatic so a new home will free her from the dust of her mud hut which causes breathing challenges and give the grandchildren a safe and stable place to age gracefully.

During our visit at the dedication, Pauline shared they believe God has given them a home in honor of her daughter Cecelia who has special needs. It has encouraged them that “even the least of these” can be used by God to bless others. Such a beautiful testimony.

Please pray for this family. That the children would receive education, that their farm would produce what they need and that all would grow in the grace of walking with Jesus.
