The Galvez family was nominated for a new home due to the extreme poverty they experience daily. This was our first build in the community of Caballona and it had one of the most beautiful views we have seen! Belkis is a single mom of 4 children and works cleaning offices and doing hairstyling in her spare time. Our November build team had the pleasure of spending time with this family and Belkis shared that with their new home, she is looking forward living in a more comfortable house and not be embarrassed when someone visits them.
